Cuddy Cabin
Cuddy Cabin & Bowrider Boats do have a distinct difference. Let's start with the Cuddy Cabin. This Boat has a small cabin at the bow (front) of the Boat that can be used for taking a nap, getting the kids (or Grandma) out of the sun, storage and some have a head (toilet - usually without plumbing), sink and maybe a refrigerator. The aft (rear) are similar to the Bowrider. This type of Boat is ideal for the entire Family!

The most popular Cuddy Cabin Boat Manufacturers are Intrepid, Bayliner, Stingray, Rinker, Crownline and more...

Bowrider
The Bowrider difference is there is no cabin like the Cuddy. The deck is open. Instead of the cabin at the bow (front) there is now a sitting area. No getting out of the sun on this one (unless you get a bimini top, a must have with a Bowrider) everyone is fully exposed, bring the UV 100!

This type of Boat is fast and is great for water skiing, tubing and wakeboarding. In this size and class of Sports Boats this is the most popular Boat on the Water today. Most Bowriders have a head (toilet) on the passenger side (starboard) in a small hideaway compartment. And like the Cuddy, this Boat is also the perfect fit for good Family Fun or a day out with Friends! The most popular Bowrider Boat Manufacturers are Formula, Sea Ray, Four Winns, Bayliner, Rinker and more...
